Delivery department operating times from Sunday to Friday (1pm to 10pm)

The shipping department operates on the following days: Monday to Saturday. All paid order before 5pm will be delivered at the same day. Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed / delivered on Monday .
Please note that all returned items are subject to a 15% returns fee. This returns fee does NOT apply to returns of defective items.
All unopened and opened items (except e liquid and refill cartridges) may be returned, at our sole discretion, within 14 days from the time they are received by you. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Due to health reasons, we make no exceptions on issuing refunds for opened refill cartridges and e liquid. Packs of cartridges must contain all unused/unopened cartridges to receive credit.
At the sole discretion of GARDIVA , exchanges may be made on used starter kits only within 14 days from the date the package is received. No exceptions are made on products owned over 14 days, and e liquid, refill cartridges and other accessories cannot be exchanged. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We will replace defective parts within 30 days from the day you receive your package. After 30 days, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.. For all GARDIVA products, they are covered for a full 30 days from the time it is received. This warranty does NOT apply to replacements (*see below).
The warranty information is as follows:
“The Monster” (Full Set) : 3 Months Battery ( 1 pc battery / 3 Months )
“The Monster” (Single Set) : 1 Month Battery ( 1 pc battery / Month )
2 years warranty can be claimed for GARDIVA users if GARDIVA user buy GARDIVA’s E-liquid 3 bottles/month for 1 year.
Please note : In order to claim a warranty in future , GARDIVA users must provide their info data… valid phone number and address (maximum 7 days after purchased) to the nearest agent or direct to gardiva headquarter www.gardiva.com , otherwise your right of claiming a warranty will be automatically burnt.
